The Parents Consortium is a charity originally set up by parents in 1996, which provides support services to at least 350 disabled children, young people and their families. The charities services are divided up into four key areas: Short Break Service for Disabled Children, Family Advice Service, Direct Payment Service and Dragons Retreat Short Break Unit.
